A former small business owner, Christal's banking experience includes roles at TIC Federal Credit Union, Peoples Community Bank, Wachovia Bank, BB&T, and Renasant Bank. Beyond her career, she is deeply committed to service—currently serving on the Advisory Council for The Dave Krache Foundation and the Board of Directors for Rescuing Hope, and having held numerous past board and volunteer roles.

Manswani is an accomplished banking professional with over six years of experience in financial services industry. She brings a proven track record of building strong client relationships and expertise in personal banking, risk management and operations. A dedicated leader and Air Force Reservist, she also brings a background in health services management. She is the founder of Project WHY at Dobbins ARB—supporting and motivating Airmen in their career journeys—and serves as an Executive Member of the Junior Enlisted Council at Dobbins. Manswani is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid USA, equipping her to assist young people facing mental health challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
