Will Cosgove

Vice President, SBA Commercial Lender

Will grew up in Indianapolis and witnessed firsthand the struggles and joys of small business ownership. After serving in the Army and being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in the infantry, along with his own entrepreneurial endeavors, Will charted a course to help other business owners accomplish their goals successfully. For the past decade, Will has been in commercial banking and prefers the personal touch that Craft Bank offers customers where he uses his real-world experience to craft solutions for businesses of various shapes, sizes and industries.

He is a dedicated tennis player, a devoted softball and baseball coach, and a diehard Phillies and Virginia Tech fan.

Chief financial Officer

Mechell brings over 25 years of banking and accounting experience to her CFO role. She is a member of the Southern Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha and is involved in several community organizations that help prevent domestic violence through education.

Steven "Steve" Filmer

Senior Vice President, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending

Steve is a passionate career banker and manages the SBA and USDA commercial lending division for Craft Bank. He focuses specifically on the SBA 7a programs and USDA B&I programs in helping to distribute money to small businesses across the country. He also provides oversight for compliance with SOP changes and procedures. Steve enjoys traveling to Canada and Europe and is a Boston sports fan. On the weekends you can find him golfing, boating or skiing.

An accomplished banker, Mary has been serving customers in the Atlanta market for more than 35 years. She helps clients protect and manage their funds with Craft Bank's state of the art treasury management and online products. An avid equestrian and member of Shakerag Hounds, Mary can be found riding most weekends. She also enjoys reading and an occasional game of golf.

She began her career in SBA Servicing and throughout her career has participated/assisted in 16 core banking conversions. She loves to read and crochet and enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren.

A 35-year banking veteran in metro Atlanta, Scott brings commercial banking expertise to Craft Bank. He has extensive experience and has enjoyed a successful career in community banking. He focuses on commercial lending, including lines of credit, inventory financing, construction lending, commercial real estate financing and specialty lending. Scott is an avid runner and outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, tennis and skiing.

One of Craft's co-founders, Beth oversees corporate governance, vendor relations, human resources, branding and marketing, as well as corporate culture for the bank. She has a heart for animal rescue, enjoys doing improvisational comedy theater, and enjoys being a grandparent.

A passionate career banker with experience leading and establishing community banks, Ross is one of the co-founders of Craft Bank. With expertise in finance, commercial lending, special asset management, and strategic leadership, he leads the Craft team. He is honored to work alongside the talented and dedicated team of bankers and a committed Board. He loves tennis, whitewater rafting, the Texas Longhorns, and spending time with family in the North Carolina mountains.

Patsy is part of the team that helped open Craft Bank and provides leadership and direction in the areas of Deposit Operations, Branch Administration and Treasury Management. She has over 20 years of banking experience, with expertise in Retail Branch Banking, Bank Operations and Corporate Training. Patsy has worked in a variety of roles with other banking institutions, including Branch Banking Management, Corporate Training Director, Credit Administration and Business Banking. Patsy enjoys Braves baseball, college football, and spending time with family and friends.
